Privacy, with care.
A privacy policy should explain exactly what data a real service collects, why, where it is stored and how customers can exercise their rights.
What the service stores
Account details are stored on the server. Water Plant workspace data is saved to your account on the server; general invoice workspace data is stored in this browser. Do not put sensitive personal or payment information into invoice descriptions unless needed for your business records.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and website usage. Google may receive browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, page URLs, and cookie or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally send invoice contents, customer names, GSTINs or payment details to Analytics. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or tracking protections.
